- Strong knowledge of Space Planning & Interior Designing
- Good design sense with attention to detail
- Proficient in AutoCAD & SketchUp
- Good knowledge of 3ds Max & V-Ray Rendering
- Ability to prepare 2D working drawings & 3D views
- Knowledge of Furniture Layout, False Ceiling, Flooring, Lighting & Material Selection
- Understanding of site measurements & execution details
- Ability to coordinate with clients, vendors & site team
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Portfolio is mandatory
