We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with Government, Defence, PSU, and Enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strategic client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery, identifying business opportunities, and driving long-term account growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Government, Defence, PSU, and Enterprise clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts.
- Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client requirements.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Resolve client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Track account performance and prepare business reports and meeting summaries.
- Manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Travel for client meetings whenever required.
- Strong experience in Account Management or Client Relationship Management.
- Experience handling Government, Defence, PSU, or Enterprise accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Key Account Management, or Relationship Management.
- Experience working with B2B organizations, Government departments, Defence organizations, PSUs, or Enterprise clients is highly preferred.
- Self-driven with a strong ownership mindset.
- Able to manage multiple strategic accounts independently.
- Willing to travel for client meetings across India.
- Experience in technology, engineering, infrastructure, security, or enterprise solutions will be an added advantage.
