Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and confident CRM Executive who will handle US-based clients through calls, present our lab-grown jewellery products, and drive sales. The role also includes end-to-end order management, from client interaction to dispatch and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with US-based clients via calls and virtual communication
- Present and explain lab-grown jewellery products effectively
- Understand customer requirements and convert leads into sales
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle end-to-end order processing, including:
- Order confirmation
- Coordination with internal teams
- Tracking and follow-up of dispatch
- Provide after-sales support and resolve client queries
- Maintain proper CRM records and client data updates
- Follow up regularly with clients for repeat business
Key Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (English – mandatory)
- Confidence in handling international clients (US market)
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
- Ability to work in night shift (US timing)
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Office)
Preferred Profile
- Experience in international sales / voice process / CRM roles
- Background in jewellery, luxury products, or e-commerce is an added advantage
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
