Manager – L&D (Technical Trainer – Pest Control & Field Services)
Location: Greater Noida (Training Centre & Field Visits)
Experience: 5 – 8 years (in pest control operations or technical training)
CTC: Upto 12 LPA
About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Trainer who can train and develop fresh recruits in pest control and facility maintenance services. The trainer will design and deliver practical training programs that prepare field staff to perform safe, efficient, and compliant services at client sites.
Key Responsibilities
Design and conduct technical training sessions on pest control operations, chemical usage, safety, and equipment handling.
Develop training content, SOPs, visual guides, and job cards for field technicians.
Evaluate trainees’ performance through assessments and on-field observation.
Maintain training calendar, attendance, and certification records.
Conduct refresher trainings and audits at client sites to ensure service quality.
Collaborate with HR to ensure continuous skill upgradation and retention.
Stay updated on industry safety standards, eco-friendly chemicals, and regulatory norms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must have experience in managing LMS & HRMS
Graduate / Diploma in Science, Agriculture, or related field.
3–6 years eof xperience in pest control operations or technical training.
Strong understanding of equipment, PPE, and chemical safety protocols.
Good communication and mentoring skills in Hindi & English.
Passionate about training and developing youth.
