- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Issue materials as per approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and physical registers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department for replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory checks.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips, and stock reports.
- Track slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts departments regarding inventory matters.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the store area.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
- xperience in handling electrical components, panels, cables, switchgear, and industrial materials.
- Knowledge of GRN, BOM, Material Requisition Notes (MRN), and inventory audits.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Tally, Busy, or similar software.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
