Job Role: Client Relationship Executive – US Process
Location: Sector 62, Noida
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Qualification: Any Graduate
Communication: Excellent English Communication Required
Process: US Client Operations
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Communicating with US-based clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Managing client queries, requests, and concerns professionally .
Handling tenant and property-related queries and coordinating with the relevant teams Regular follow-ups to ensure timely resolution of client requests Maintaining strong and professional client relationships .
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery Managing daily tasks, updates, and follow-ups .
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely communication Delivering a positive customer experience throughout the client journey
Who Are We Looking For? We would love to hear from candidates with experience in: Customer Support / Customer Service/Client Relationship Management/ Sales / Client Servicing/ International / US Process/ BPO / Voice Process/Property Management / Real Estate Support/ Excellent verbal and written English communication .
