Generate new PCD Pharma Franchise leads through calls, online platforms, and referrals.
- Explain the company's product portfolio, pricing, and franchise opportunities to prospective clients.
- Convert inquiries into active franchise partners.
- Coordinate the onboarding process and documentation of new franchise associates.
- Share product lists, rate cards, marketing materials, and company profiles with prospects.
- Follow up regularly with potential and existing franchise partners.
- Maintain lead databases and daily follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and accounts teams for smooth order processing.
- Resolve franchise partner queries related to products, orders, and business support.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and franchise onboarding targets.
- Build long-term relationships with franchise partners to increase business growth.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the PCD Pharma business model.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Email, and CRM tools (if applicable).
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Pharm / D.Pharm preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in Pharma PCD, Franchise Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
