Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Placement Officer with 3 to 4 years of experience in student placement and corporate engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong industry connections and ensuring successful placements of students upon course completion.
Key Responsibilities:
● Build and maintain strong relationships and tie-ups with companies, recruiters, and industry professionals for student placement opportunities.
● Coordinate with academic teams to understand students’ profiles and match them with suitable job opportunities.
● Guide and counsel students regarding career opportunities, interview preparation, and resume building.
● Track and monitor the progress of student placements and maintain detailed records of placement statistics.
● Ensure students are placed successfully after the completion of their respective courses.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to promote placement success stories and attract potential recruiters.
● Collect feedback from recruiters and students to improve placement processes.
Key Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
● 3 to 4 years of proven experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, or career services.
● Strong network with industry professionals and recruitment agencies.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet placement targets.
● Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
