Responsibilities:
- Hiring and onboarding Field Sales Executives
- Conducting field recruitment drives and candidate sourcing
- Screening and coordinating candidates
- Managing daily hiring activities and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience is mandatory
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Only serious and dedicated candidates should apply
