Key Responsibilities
Curriculum & Teaching
- Teach Algebra, Geometry, Mensuration, Trigonometry, Statistics, and other board-prescribed topics.
- Develop structured problem-solving and proof-based reasoning skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and exam-oriented question papers.
- Use real-life applications and models to deepen understanding.
- Integrate digital tools for graphing and data visualization.
Assessment & Student Support
- Design formative and summative assessments aligned with board standards.
- Provide detailed step-based evaluation and feedback.
- Identify learning gaps and conduct remedial or advanced sessions.
Collaboration & Parent Engagement
- Communicate academic progress and exam strategies with parents.
- Support students with additional practice plans where required.
Behavior & Classroom Management
- Maintain a disciplined, focused, and intellectually stimulating environment.
- Encourage resilience and confidence in tackling challenging problems.
School Administration

Qualifications & Skills
- B.Sc / M.Sc Mathematics with B.Ed (mandatory).
- Prior High School Mathematics teaching experience preferred.
- Strong command of algebraic reasoning and advanced problem-solving.
- Ability to prepare students for board and competitive examinations.
- Comfort with digital graphing tools and blended learning methods.
Commitment Requirement
Minimum commitment of three (3) years, ensuring academic continuity, mentoring, and institutional growth.
