Key Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities : Maintain documented endpoint build standards, imaging procedures, deployment checklists, and support runbooks. Monitor endpoint compliance, client health, deployment success rates, failed installations, update status, and security posture. Perform root-cause analysis for deployment failures, policy conflicts, application issues, device enrollment problems, and operating system errors. Coordinate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, Networking, and application owners to resolve endpoint-related incidents and improve support processes. Test endpoint changes in a controlled environment before production rollout, including operating system upgrades, driver packs, software packages, scripts, and configuration profiles. Support hardware lifecycle activities, including device provisioning, refresh planning, break/fix replacement, retirement, and secure wipe processes. Use PowerShell to automate endpoint configuration, software deployment, reporting, remediation, and support tasks. Create and validate scripts used in Configuration Manager, Intune, proactive remediations, device cleanup, and configuration enforcement. Understand Microsoft Graph fundamentals for querying endpoint data, automating Intune tasks, and improving operational reporting. Follow safe scripting practices, including version control, test validation, documentation, rollback planning, and change approval. Soft Skills and Professional Expectations Communicate technical changes clearly to both technical teams and non-technical end users. Demonstrate strong troubleshooting discipline, documentation habits, ownership, and follow-through. Prioritize work based on business impact, security risk, user experience, and operational urgency. Collaborate effectively across IT teams to support projects, incident response, endpoint standards, and change management.
