We are hiring Godown Staff to support our high volume tea blending, packaging, and warehouse operations. This is a hands on role that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Blend different grades of tea as per production requirements
- Pack tea into bags, pouches, jars, and bulk packaging accurately
- Operate sealing and packaging equipment
- Weigh tea and ensure correct packing quantities
- Label, stack, and organize finished products in the godown
- Load and unload tea bags, cartons, and raw materials
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production and warehouse areas
- Assist with inventory management and stock movement
- Follow company quality standards and safety procedures
- Support the production team during high volume operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse, packaging, FMCG, food processing, or manufacturing is preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable handling manual work
- Vehicle driving experience is an added advantage
- Ability to work efficiently under production targets
- Honest, disciplined, and reliable
- Basic reading and counting skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
