About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Photoshop Artist with strong expertise in image retouching, color correction, and visual enhancement. The ideal candidate should have a sharp eye for detail, a deep understanding of color theory, lighting, and composition, and the ability to transform raw images into high-quality, production-ready visuals.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-end image retouching including skin retouching, product cleanup, background correction, and compositing.
- Apply advanced color correction and grading to ensure visual consistency across assets.
- Enhance images for e-commerce, marketing, and digital platforms with a strong focus on realism and quality.
- Work on image manipulation and compositing to create visually compelling creatives.
- Ensure consistency in color tones, lighting, shadows, and textures across batches of images.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to understand visual requirements.
- Optimize images for different platforms while maintaining quality and performance standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Photoshop Artist / Image Editor.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (layering, masking, frequency separation etc.).
- Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, shadows, and visual composition.
- Experience in high-end retouching (fashion, beauty, product, or e-commerce).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain pixel-level accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high-volume output requirements.
- Good communication skills and ability to interpret creative briefs effectively.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-based editing tools and automation workflows.
- Familiarity with Lightroom, Capture One, or other image processing tools.
- Basic understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
- Experience working in e-commerce, fashion, or digital agencies.
- Exposure to creative compositing and digital artwork creation.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Noida): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
