- We are seeking an experienced IBM InfoSphere DataStage Developer to design develop and maintain enterprise grade ETL solutions
- The ideal candidate will have strong hands on expertise in DataStage solid SQL skills and a deep understanding of data warehousing and data integration best practices across complex environments

- Design develop and maintain ETL jobs using IBM InfoSphere DataStage
- Develop Parallel Server and Sequence jobs to support data integration requirements
- Perform data extraction transformation and loading from multiple heterogeneous data sources
- Optimize DataStage jobs for performance scalability and reliability
- Handle job scheduling monitoring failure analysis and recovery
- Implement data validation reconciliation and error handling mechanisms
- Work with large datasets and complex data transformations
- Collaborate with business analysts data architects and stakeholders to understand requirements
- Support production deployments enhancements and ongoing maintenance
- Document ETL designs job logic and operational procedures

- 5 9 years of overall experience in ETL data integration development
- Strong hands on experience with IBM InfoSphere DataStage
- Proficient in developing Parallel Jobs Server Jobs and Sequences
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL architecture
- Strong SQL skills and experience with RDBMS Oracle DB2 SQL Server etc
- Experience with UNIX Linux environment and shell scripting
- Hands on experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of batch scheduling and production support processes
- Strong analytical debugging and communication skills
- Experience with DataStage QualityStage or other IBM Information Server components
- Exposure to cloud data platforms Azure AWS GCP
- Knowledge of migration from DataStage to cloud ETL tools
- IBM DataStage certification
- Experience working in Agile Scrum environments
