- Supervise day-to-day execution of residential and commercial construction projects.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Oversee MEP and civil work coordination for smooth execution
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor labor, materials, equipment, and site productivity.
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, compliant work environment.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical and execution issues, and ensure timely project completion.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
