Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute sales plans for Aluminium wire rods, cables and conductors in line with metals non ferrous company targets.
- Identify new markets, distributors, and industrial clients (power, infrastructure, manufacturing).
- Team Leadership
- Guide and motivate sales executives to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Provide training on product features, compliance standards, and customer handling.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with conductors,cables companies, and government agencies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure after-sales support and resolve client issues promptly.
- Market Development
- Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark pricing, quality, and service.
- Explore opportunities in emerging sectors like renewables, smart grids, and exports.
- Technical & Compliance Knowledge
- Understand specifications of LV/MV/HV cables, conductors, and related standards (IS/IEC).
- Ensure marketing aligns with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting & Analysis

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
