We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to achieve strong performance and business growth. This role is suitable for freshers with solid fundamentals and candidates with 6 months or more hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max).
- Conduct keyword research and write high-performing ad copies.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Perform A/B testing and continuous optimization.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies and best practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
Requirements:
- Fresher with good knowledge of Google Ads OR 6+ months experience in Google Ads management.
- Understanding of bidding strategies and performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking is a plus.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Google Ads Certification preferred.
