Client: STUDIO MANAGER – PILATES STUDIO
Location: Gurgaon
We are looking for a dynamic and well-presented Studio Manager to manage daily operations, drive sales, and deliver a premium client experience at our luxury wellness studio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day studio operations
* Handle client inquiries, walk-ins & conversions
* Drive memberships, renewals & monthly sales targets
* Ensure top-notch client experience & retention
* Manage staff (trainers, front desk, housekeeping)
* Maintain studio hygiene, aesthetics & ambiance
* Track daily reports (sales, attendance, performance)
* Support marketing activities & social media shoots
Requirements:
* 2–5 years experience in fitness / wellness / hospitality / retail
* Strong sales & communication
* Well-groomed, confident & presentable personality
* Leadership mindset with a proactive approach
* Passion for fitness & wellness industry preferred
