Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller Executive to join our growing IT company. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining our digital services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain company services such as SEO, Website Development, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Marketing
- Generate leads and schedule appointments
- Follow up with interested clients
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Confidence in speaking with customers over phone
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
- Freshers and experienced both can apply
