Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in real estate sales. The candidate should have strong knowledge of property sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate leads, conduct site visits, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through referrals, cold calling, social media, and other marketing activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with prospective customers until deal closure.
- Coordinate with banks, legal teams, and internal departments for smooth processing.
- Maintain customer records and update sales reports in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with the local real estate market and competitor projects.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Good knowledge of residential and commercial property sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build customer relationships and close sales.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Additional certification in Sales or Marketing will be an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidate residing in or willing to work in New Panvel.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
