We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with 3+ years of experience to lead our social media strategy and strengthen our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing engaging content across multiple social media platforms while driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Manage daily social media activities, including posts, stories, comments, direct messages, and community engagement.
- Plan and manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, photographers, and video editors to create high-quality content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new growth opportunities.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Optimize content based on audience behavior and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to support product launches, promotions, and branding initiatives.
- Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships where applicable.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand or organization.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, and audience engagement techniques.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creativity, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
