Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage daily cab operations for employee pick-up & drop
- Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and site SPOCs
- Ensure route planning, cab alignment, and on-time operations
- Handle attendance, trip sheets, and daily MIS
- Resolve driver & employee issues at site
- Ensure compliance, safety, and discipline
- Monitor vehicle documents & driver credentials
- Manage emergency situations and last-minute changes
Requirements
- Experience in transport / cab operations (employee transportation preferred)
- Good knowledge of routes and local areas
- Ability to handle drivers & pressure situations
- Basic knowledge of Excel / WhatsApp / calling coordination
- Ready to work in shifts
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years in transport or fleet supervision
