Roles & Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and clients.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and Project Managers.
- Prepare process flow diagrams, wireframes, and use cases.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and requirement validation.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and project discussions.
- Support product planning and feature prioritization.
These responsibilities align with common Business Analyst internship expectations such as requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder coordination, process analysis, testing support, and business research.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of SQL and databases
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar tools
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements

Eligibility
- B.E/B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA, B.Com, M.Com, or related graduates
- Final-year students and fresh graduates can apply
- Strong interest in Business Analysis, Product Management, or IT Consulting
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau
- Experience in project documentation
- Understanding of AI, CRM, ERP, or SaaS products
- Internship or academic project experience
