About the Role
TexInsta Talent is looking for a motivated HR Executive (Marketing & Sourcing) to support recruitment, candidate sourcing, employer branding, and recruitment marketing. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and passionate about talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
HR Executive – Marketing
- Promote job openings across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Plan and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to attract quality candidates.
- Support employer branding initiatives and enhance the company's online presence.
- Create and publish hiring-related content, job posts, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment reports, databases, and marketing records.
- Assist in organizing hiring drives, campus recruitment, and recruitment events.
HR Executive – Sourcing
- Source and screen candidates for textile and non-textile positions through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, conduct preliminary HR screening, and manage candidate follow-ups.
- Source textile products, yarns, fabrics, fibers, and other raw materials as per client or business requirements.
- Identify and connect with textile manufacturers, suppliers, traders, exporters, and sourcing partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for quotations, product specifications, and sourcing requirements.
- Maintain sourcing databases, supplier records, and recruitment documentation.
- Support end-to-end recruitment and textile sourcing operations.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR.
- Candidates with prior experience in a Recruitment Consultancy, Staffing Agency, HR Consultancy, or Placement Firm will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment may also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple hiring requirements.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals such as LinkedIn and Naukri.
