c. Work out the estimates and BOQ for Electrical work.
d. Good knowledge of Electrical (HV, LV, Substation & Power Distribution, Lighting, Earthing, Cabling and Cable Trays, Power points, etc.) project.
e. Project Analysis and Evaluation
f. Cost Estimation, Quantity Take-off, Budget Preparation,
g. Bid Preparation and Submission
h. Vendor and subcontractor Management
i. Risk Assessment, collaboration and communication.
Desired profile of the candidate
- Having Good Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & firefighting related Product.
- Good Knowledge of Excel and Word (MS Office)
- Good Communication Skills (English/Hindi/Marathi)
- Work experience (Min. & Max.) 2 to 6 Years
- Functional Area Business Development / Marketing/Sales Industry EPC Projects – Design, Fire and Electrical (Service & Sales)
- Location of Job Pune or as per business requirement
- salary 35 to 45K / Month Depending upon Technical Expertise and Years of Experience.
- Basic / UG Qualification Diploma / bachelor’s degree with experience in relevant field OR Equivalent & Satisfactory work experience in relevant field.
- PG Qualification Master’s degree with experience
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
