- Daily AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) calling and follow-ups
- Knowledge Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word for creating letters, reports, and formatted documents.
- Scheduling and coordinating technician visits
- Providing customer support for service-related queries
- Managing parts inventory, including in/out tracking and stock updates
- Handling customer interactions and ensuring timely resolutions
- Maintaining proper documentation and filing of service records
- Coordinating service schedules with technicians
- Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Ensuring timely billing and payment follow-ups
- Coordinating with vendors for parts procurement
- Maintaining service request logs and ensuring timely closure
- Coordinating with vendors for parts and services
- Managing office correspondence (emails, calls, letters)
- Maintaining service records and logs
- Tracking service requests and ensuring timely closure
- Ensuring smooth communication between service team and customers
- Monitoring staff attendance and preparing reports
- Maintaining compliance with company policies
