The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer support. Key Role & Responsibilities -
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Provide customer support and resolve customer queries
- Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Record customer details and update CRM/software
- Follow up with customers when required
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Skills Required -
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and team player
- Ability to work in Voice Process / Call Center environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
