Business Process Admin Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain daily business operations and administrative processes
- Handle data entry, documentation, and record management with high accuracy
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and process completion
- Prepare reports, maintain spreadsheets, and update business records regularly
- Monitor emails and calendars through Outlook and respond professionally
- Assist in process improvements and support operational tasks as required
- Ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines and company standards
Skills & Requirements:
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Well versed with Outlook, MS Office, and computer skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Prior administrative or process handling experience is preferred
Qualification:
- Graduate in any field preferred
- Freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply
