Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate and qualify new business leads through cold calling, field visits, and industry networking. Also work on company-generated leads from India MART and e-marketing campaigns, follow up promptly, and convert them into closed deals.
Product Consultation: Provide catalogues and take customers to our showroom/demo center for live product demos. Share technical knowledge and guide them to select the right solutions.
Present and demonstrate products like lumber, custom cabinetry, CNC routers, or wood-finishing machinery.
Build long-term relationships with furniture makers, contractors, architects, and cabinet workshops.
Prepare accurate cost estimates and project proposals using company pricing.
Manage sales pipeline in CRM, track follow-ups, and close targets Monitor market trends, material pricing, and competitor activity.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure on-time delivery
Requirements:
2–4 years of B2B field sales/account management experience in woodworking or related field like timber, building materials, or industrial machinery Basic understanding of woodworking products, materials, or machinery.
Ability to learn technical details on the job Strong deal-closing ability with effective communication and presentation skills
Experience handling inbound leads and converting online inquiries
Willingness to travel 30–50% across assigned territory
Proficient in CRM tools like Zoho CRM, Salesforce and MS Office
Valid driver’s license with clean record
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
