Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with 7–8 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, automation, containerization, monitoring, and deployment processes.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, Linux administration, monitoring, and DevSecOps practices.
The candidate will work closely with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to automate software delivery and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application development and deployment.
- Automate build, test, deployment, and release processes.
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure and environments.
- Implement infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Build and manage Docker containers and containerized applications.
- Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes.
- Monitor application and infrastructure health, availability, and performance.
- Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions.
- Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, networking, and production issues.
- Manage Linux-based servers and environments.
- Implement security best practices across infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with developers to improve application deployment and reliability.
- Automate repetitive operational activities using scripting.
- Manage environment configurations and secrets securely.
- Support disaster recovery, backup, and high-availability requirements.
- Participate in production releases and incident management.
- Maintain infrastructure and deployment documentation.
- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and provide technical guidance.
Required Skills
- 7–8 years of professional DevOps/Cloud/Infrastructure experience.
- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform such as:
- AWS
- Microsoft Azure
- Google Cloud Platform
- Strong Linux/Unix administration knowledge.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Experience with Git and branching strategies.
- Strong scripting knowledge using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
- Understanding of networking concepts including DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, load balancing, and firewalls.
- Experience troubleshooting production environments.
- Strong understanding of security and DevOps best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 7–8 years of relevant DevOps/Cloud experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
