Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective students through calls and follow up on inquiries.
- Explain course details, fees, schedules, and admission procedures.
- Counsel students and parents regarding suitable courses.
- Maintain and update lead information in the database.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates.
- Achieve admission and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for enrollment processes.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or educational counseling is preferred.
