Your role
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
- Assist customers with their queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company processes and service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continuously learn about the company's products, services, and processes.

- Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
