Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities.
- Guide students in selecting the right country, university, and course.
- Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Assist students throughout the admission and visa process.
- Maintain student records and CRM updates.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Experience in Education Counseling, Admission Counseling, or Study Abroad is preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
- Sales and counseling skills will be an added advantage.
