Profile – Corporate Lawyer

Qualification:
- LLB + LLM (Mandatory)
- Minimum 80% in LLB
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Junior Lawyer in a reputed Indian law firm
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts & agreements
- Handling corporate compliance and legal documentation
- Managing legal notices and regulatory filings
- Advising management on legal matters
- Managing litigation matters
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of corporate laws
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
