Job Summary:
We are looking for a Client Coordinator who can handle client communication, follow-ups, coordination, and day-to-day operational support. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients regarding requirements, updates, and queries.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Handle client documentation and maintain records properly.
Coordinate internally with different departments for smooth workflow.
Prepare reports, data entries, and MIS as required.
Resolve basic client concerns in a professional manner.
Schedule meetings and maintain communication records.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Required Skills:
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Emails.
Strong follow-up and multitasking ability.
Professional and positive attitude.
Good organizational skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
