We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Fitness Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will help clients achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized training programs, guidance, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities - Assess clients’ fitness levels, health conditions, and goals. Design customized workout plans based on individual needs. Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form and technique. Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed. Provide guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, and injury prevention. Maintain a clean and safe workout environment. Motivate and support clients to stay consistent. Conduct group fitness sessions (if required).
Requirements - Proven experience as a Fitness Trainer or similar role. Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of exercise science and fitness techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire clients. CPR/AED certification (preferred or required).
