Job Summary:
Dolphin School of Hotel Management, a reputed institution in Kalyani, invites applications from qualified and dedicated candidates for the position of Management Faculty. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct lectures and practical sessions in management-related subjects
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessments
- Guide students in academic projects, presentations, and career development
- Maintain academic records and classroom discipline
- Participate in seminars, workshops, and institutional activities
- Support student training and placement activities
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA / Master’s Degree in Management or relevant discipline
- Prior teaching or industry experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Computer proficiency and academic coordination ability
Salary:
Negotiable based on qualification and experience
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
