Position: HR Executive
We are looking for HR Executive for infrastructure to manage office operations and coordinate HR activities.The role also requires visiting project sites whenever needed to support workforce management and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage day-to-day HR and office administration
✅ Handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee records
✅ Coordinate with project/site teams and maintain HR documentation
✅Visit project sites as required for employee support and coordination
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree (Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred)
✔ 3+ years of HR experience
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office
✔ Willingness to travel and visit project sites as required
✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
