- Prepare and present comprehensive financial proposals and product information to clients, clearly articulating value propositions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product specialists, operations, and compliance, to deliver seamless client experiences and solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and ensure compliance.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Educate clients on new products, services, and market developments relevant to their financial goals.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, seminars, and networking functions.
