Job Overview
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing our brand and products to life across both physical and digital mediums. Your work will span across product packaging design, promotional posters, digital advertisements, and marketing collateral.
The ideal candidate has a strong visual portfolio, a deep understanding of branding, and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into high-impact visual assets that drive engagement and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Packaging Design: Conceptualize and create innovative packaging designs, labels, and product layouts that stand out on retail shelves and e-commerce platforms.
Marketing & Promotional Materials: Design eye-catching posters, banners, brochures, and flyers for retail displays, corporate events, and offline marketing campaigns.
Digital Advertising: Develop high-converting visual assets for digital marketing channels, including social media ads (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), Google Display network, and e-commerce banners (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Brand Consistency: Maintain and elevate our brand identity across all projects, ensuring consistency in typography, color palettes, and overall visual messaging.
Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with marketing, product development, and print vendors to ensure designs are technically feasible and delivered on schedule.
Print Prep: Prepare print-ready files with accurate specifications, bleed lines, and color profiles (CMYK) for final production.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience (Agency or In-house brand experience is a plus).
Software Mastery: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with CorelDRAW or Canva is a bonus.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and digital vs. print production requirements.
Creativity & Speed: Ability to brainstorm fresh concepts quickly while keeping up with fast-paced campaign deadlines.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse work, specifically showcasing product packaging, advertising campaigns, and promotional posters.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
Basic video editing or motion graphics skills (Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro) for social media reels/ads.
