Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lead Generator to identify and generate business opportunities for our IT services. The candidate will be responsible for finding potential clients through online portals and other digital platforms and supporting the sales team in expanding business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, etc.)
- Use portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr and PeoplePerHour to identify potential projects
- Research and identify prospects via LinkedIn, Google, Facebook and other online platforms
- Send proposals, messages, and introductory emails to clients
- Maintain lead data and follow-ups in CRM or Excel
- Coordinate with the sales/technical team for project requirements
- Achieve monthly lead generation targets
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of IT services and software development
- Knowledge of bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong internet research skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
