ABOUT THE ROLE
Neelpadam Builders Pvt. Ltd. (part of Karmyogi Group) invites applications from motivated Junior Civil Engineers — fresh or early-career — to join the site team at Karmyogi Gram township, Mathura.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in site activities — layout, excavation, RCC & finishing
- Monitor construction against drawings & specifications
- Maintain site diary, progress records & material logs
- Coordinate with contractors & labour for daily tasks
- Support quality checks & material testing at site
- Assist in quantity estimates & measurement books
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- B.Tech / B.E. Civil Engineering (freshers welcome)
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, drawings & BOQs
- AutoCAD familiarity is an advantage
- Willing to work full-time at Mathura project site
- Proactive attitude & good communication skills
