Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to test web applications and ensure they meet functional and quality standards. The role involves identifying issues, documenting defects, verifying fixes, and working with the development team throughout the software development process.
Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases based on project requirements.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Perform functional, regression, and cross-browser testing.
- Verify bug fixes and perform re-testing.
- Work with developers to reproduce and resolve reported issues.
- Validate application functionality before release.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide testing feedback.
- Maintain clear test documentation and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in software testing is preferred.
- Knowledge of manual testing concepts and defect reporting.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of API testing using Postman.
- Exposure to Selenium or other automation testing tools.
- Understanding of Agile development practices.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
