We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer & UI/UX Developer to join our growing team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in website design, UI/UX, front-end development, and modern design tools. You will be responsible for designing visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly websites while collaborating with the development and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design modern, responsive, and user-friendly website interfaces.
- Convert Figma/Photoshop designs into responsive HTML/CSS pages.
- Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI components.
- Ensure websites are optimized for speed, usability, and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, marketing, and business teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- Maintain version control using Git and GitHub.
- Utilize AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and ChatGPT to improve productivity.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design systems, and web technologies.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.
- Experience in responsive website design.
- Knowledge of Git and GitHub.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.).
- WordPress knowledge is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience working with real estate, digital agencies, or corporate websites is an added advantage.
