Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to support pan-India sales of a technology-led workplace safety and compliance solution.
The role involves lead engagement, product demonstrations, systematic follow-ups, and supporting deal closures with industrial and enterprise customers across India.
This position is suitable for candidates at the early stage of their sales career who are keen to learn B2B sales and grow with the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads across India.
- Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify sales opportunities.
Product Demonstrations
- Conduct online product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Clearly explain features, use cases, and business benefits.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical or advanced demonstrations when required.
Follow-ups & Sales Closure Support
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to move opportunities forward.
- Track discussions, next steps, and customer feedback.
- Assist in proposal sharing, negotiations, and closure activities.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of leads, demos, and follow-ups.
- Share regular activity and pipeline updates with management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka
