We work with schools to build innovation labs and help students develop creativity, problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and practical technical knowledge from an early age.
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled Robotics & STEAM Trainer to train students from Grade 1 to Grade 12 in Robotics, AI, Electronics, 3D Printing, Designing, and hands-on project development. The selected candidate will be placed at a school in Gurgaon, Haryana, and will be responsible for conducting regular classes, managing lab activities, guiding students through projects, and supporting innovation-based learning.
Training will be provided to the selected candidate before placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach students from Grade 1 to Grade 12 in Robotics, AI, Electronics, 3D Printing, Designing, and related STEAM subjects.
- Conduct practical, hands-on sessions using robotics kits, electronic components, sensors, microcontrollers, and other lab equipment.
- Help students build working projects, models, prototypes, and competition-ready solutions.
- Prepare and deliver age-appropriate lessons for different grade levels.
- Manage day-to-day activities of the school’s Innovation Lab.
- Maintain lab equipment, tools, kits, and consumables.
- Support students in school exhibitions, competitions, technology challenges, and project demonstrations.
- Coordinate with the school management, teachers, and Robokidz team for scheduling and reporting.
- Interact with parents when required to discuss their child’s performance, progress, participation, project work, and to answer any questions they may have regarding the Innovation Lab program.
- Track student progress and provide feedback/evaluation reports when required.
- Ensure safety, discipline, and proper handling of equipment inside the lab.
Required Qualification
- B.Tech in Mechatronics, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related engineering field.
Required Skills
- Basic to good understanding of Robotics, Electronics, AI concepts, and project building.
- Knowledge of microcontrollers, sensors, motors, circuits, and basic programming.
- Interest or experience in 3D printing, design thinking, CAD/design tools, or prototyping.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to school students.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Creative, patient, and enthusiastic about teaching children.
- Ability to communicate professionally with parents, teachers, and school management regarding student progress and lab activities.
- Willingness to learn and undergo training before placement.
Language Requirements
- Must be able to communicate in English, Hindi and Malayalam(preferably).
Probation and Salary
- The selected candidate will undergo a 3-month probation period to evaluate performance, teaching ability, technical understanding, discipline, and overall suitability for the role.
- During probation, compensation will be provided as per company policy.
- After successful completion of probation, the candidate will be eligible for full-time confirmation.
- Expected salary range after confirmation: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA, based on skills, experience, and performance.
Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be technically sound, eager to teach, comfortable working with school students, and passionate about Robotics, AI, Electronics, and innovation-based education. Prior teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided before placement.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
