Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Callers to connect with prospective students, explain our training programs, schedule counselling sessions, and support them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
- Explain course details, curriculum, fees, schedules, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' educational background and career goals.
- Schedule demo sessions and counselling appointments.
- Follow up regularly with leads generated through website enquiries, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
- Coordinate with trainers and the admissions team.
- Resolve basic student queries professionally and promptly.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Hindi communication is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and persuasive communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).
- Ability to work with CRM software.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Qualification
- Any Degree (Bachelor's preferred).
