We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. The candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR activities and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Support employee engagement and performance management activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Address employee queries and workplace issues professionally
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Assist management with HR reporting and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and HR practices
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience in recruitment and employee relations
- Familiarity with payroll and attendance systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
