We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead and manage the technical operations of an Electrical & Thermal Calibration Laboratory. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in NABL requirements, ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards, laboratory operations, and technical audits.
- Manage day-to-day technical operations of the calibration laboratory.
- Ensure compliance with NABL and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements.
- Handle internal audits, external assessments, and quality documentation.
- Monitor calibration activities and maintain technical accuracy.
- Train and guide laboratory personnel on quality and technical standards.
- Coordinate with customers, auditors, and certification bodies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the laboratory.
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering OR B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- 4–6 years of experience in Electrical & Thermal NABL Calibration Laboratories.
- Strong understanding of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and NABL accreditation processes.
- Experience in handling NABL audits and laboratory quality systems.
- Technical leadership and team management.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
