Role & responsibilities

Manage complete Accounts & Finance operations of the company

Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances
-
Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, Income Tax returns, and other regulatory requirements
-
Coordinate and manage Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and Cost Audit activities
-
Prepare and finalize financial statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports
-
Monitor cash flow, fund management, and banking activities
-
Handle vendor payments, receivables, reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny
-
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and legal regulations
-
Liaise with government authorities, auditors, consultants, and banks
-
Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
-
Maintain proper documentation and financial records for compliance and audit purposes
-
Supervise and guide the accounts team for smooth departmental functioning.
Required Skills
-
Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances
-
Experience in handling audits and regulatory matters independently
-
Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / ERP systems and MS Excel
-
Good analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and team management abilities
-
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple financial activities
Qualification
-
Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
Experience
-
8 to 10 Years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
Preferred Industry
-
Manufacturing / Chemical / Industrial Sector preferred
